Aura Cacia Myrrh Essential Oil is a single essential oil extracted from the gum resin of the tree found in Somalia. Myrrh has one of the longest histories of use of any plant. It was traded over 6,000 years ago. The ancient Babylonians used it during religious ceremonies along with frankincense.
Myrrh essential oil is believed to help address joint and muscle pains. It’s also used topically to possibly help individuals with swollen veins, bedsores, wounds, and abrasions. Myrrh oil is typically used as a fragrance and has been fixative in cosmetic products.

Suggested Use
Encourage Expression: 5 drops myrrh, 1 drop vetiver, 6 drops bergamot in a lamp ring diffuser.
For Meditation: 8 drops myrrh, 1 drop carrot seed, 9 drops neroli, 1 oz water in a mister.
