The Best Healthy-is Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

This is my sister-in-law Hannah’s famous chocolate chip cookies. They are delicious, healthy enough to be eaten for breakfast and the entire family will love them! These cookies were our dads absolute favorite. For Christmas and his birthday he would always request an entire batch all for himself -though we were usually able to sweet talk him into sharing a few. Now, we make a batch of them every year on Valentine's Day in his memory and we hope you will enjoy them just as much as he did.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 3/4 cup flour of your choice
3 1/2 cups oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup cacao chips
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup honey
1 cup melted butter
2 tsp vanilla

Stir together all ingredients and refrigerate dough at least 30 min. before baking at 350 for 12-15 minutes.


Simple. So quick to pull together and trust me, they will be a hit.
